Instructions for Heat Therapy
Microwave Method:

You can warm the pack by microwaving it in 20-second increments on medium heat until it attains the desired warmth. Upon taking it out of the microwave, gently massage and manipulate the gel pack to ensure uniform heat distribution.

Boiling Water Method:

You can immerse the pack in boiling water for a duration of 2 to 5 minutes. You can use tongs to carefully lift the pack from the water.

Note: Always shield the pack with a towel or cloth while achieving the desired warmth. Individuals with nerve damage in the targeted area are advised to seek medical consultation before application. Kindly examine the hot-cold pack's condition prior to microwaving for heat therapy. Never subject the gel pack to excessive heating.

Instructions for Cold Therapy
To employ cold treatment, simply position the gel-pack inside a freezer for a duration of 1.5 to 2 hours. Allow it to rest for approximately 1 to 2 minutes before placing it on the body. Our gel-packs maintain flexibility even after freezing, ensuring a comfortable application.
